Would you like a role where you combine technology, problem-solving, and customer contact in an independent position? As a service technician with us at Logisnext, you'll have a varied day where you're responsible for service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of forklifts, warehouse equipment, and AGV solutions at our customers' locations. You'll be the company's face to the outside world and play an important role in ensuring high availability, operational reliability, and performance in our customers' operations. We are approximately 65 service technicians in Sweden who together possess broad technical expertise and strong pride in what we do. With us, you'll have great freedom to plan your work, while also having support from colleagues, technical support, and the service organization. What you'll be doing You'll work with service, repairs, and preventive maintenance of forklifts, AGVs, and other warehouse equipment. A large part of the role involves troubleshooting where you identify and solve both mechanical and electrical problems to ensure high availability of our customers' equipment. You'll plan much of your own work and are responsible for prioritizing and completing today's service assignments efficiently. The role involves daily customer contact where you're an important advisor and representative for Logisnext. Documentation of completed work, time reporting, and spare parts management are handled digitally as a natural part of the work. You'll work from home and serve our customers in Upplands Väsby and the surrounding area. What we believe you have You have experience with service, maintenance, or troubleshooting of vehicles, machinery, or other technical equipment You have good knowledge of electrical systems and enjoy solving technical problems You have experience with mechanical work and a strong interest in technology You're comfortable using the computer as a daily work tool You can express yourself clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Knowledge of English is a merit You have a Class B driver's license Experience from the forklift industry or work with AGV solutions is a merit but not a requirement.
