About the Role
Zehnder Group is now looking for a service technician for southern Sweden. In this position, you will work from home, plan your own routes, and work with service and installation of industrial air purifiers at customer sites in southern Sweden. This role is perfect for you if you are practically minded, enjoy meeting people, and appreciate field-based work.
Your main service district covers Scania, the east coast up to Oskarshamn, and the area westward toward Halmstad. The position also involves some assignments in Denmark. We would prefer that you live in Scania with a good geographic location for the district.
The work involves regular travel within your district, Monday through Friday, and you have access to a service vehicle with the equipment you need.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with:
Service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air purification equipment
Filter changes according to customer agreements
Installation of new systems
Pre-installations and risk assessments
Customer dialogue regarding placement, use, and equipment needs
Simple technical repairs, such as motor replacements
Planning and coordination of your own service assignments
What We Offer

The team collaborates on larger customer projects and meets regularly through meetings, conferences, and joint activities.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is practically minded, service-oriented, and enjoys meeting customers. This is a role for you if you are comfortable with practical service work, installations, basic technical skills, and close customer contact. We believe you have a background as a service technician, installation technician, carpenter, mechanic, tradesperson, or from another practical profession. What matters is that you have a technical interest, basic understanding of electrical systems, and a desire to learn more.
As a service technician, you are often the company's face to the customer, which makes your personal qualities particularly important. You need to be able to communicate professionally, build trust, and convey information that helps the customer make the right decisions about service, maintenance, and future actions.
Requirements for the Position:
Class B driver's license
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Some form of technical or practical professional background
Interest in technology and practical problem-solving
Ability to work independently and plan your day
Experience with, or willingness to work in, a field-based position
Good interpersonal skills and professional customer service
It is advantageous if you have a lift certificate, forklift certificate, experience with service or installation work, good IT skills, or previous experience working with customers in the field. If you lack, for example, a lift or forklift certificate, training is available.
