Ikett is now recruiting a service technician for Söderberg & Haak, based in central Skåne!
Do you have previous experience as a mechanic working with heavy vehicles and machinery? Do you thrive in a role with independent responsibility and are passionate about excellent customer service? Then we have the perfect position for you!
As a service technician, you are responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing construction machinery. The work is performed primarily on-site at customer locations in the surrounding area, working from the company facility or your home base and using your service vehicle to quickly and efficiently assist customers on location. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the entire service process—from initial customer contact and troubleshooting through repair, documentation, and recording of completed work.
Working Hours: Daytime, Monday-Friday.

Your Profile
For this position, we are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and has a genuine technical interest. You thrive working independently and see the value in building and developing long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will become an important contact person for the customer, with significant independent responsibility and freedom to plan your work. At the same time, you will have close collaboration with both the customer and your colleagues to find efficient and sustainable solutions together.
Requirements for the Position:
- Experience working as a mechanic, preferably in heavy construction.
- Vehicle technical training or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, hydraulics, and welding.
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since the company's manuals are in English, you also need good reading comprehension in English.
Category B driver's license is required. Category C driver's license is a merit.
