Heat Management is Hiring a Service Technician
We are now looking for additional service technicians to join our organization.
The tasks in this position are highly varied. You have a key role with our customers and spend much time in the field, but you will also be in the office.
In the field, you will perform everything from routine service visits to leading assembly operations. Our customers are spread across the world, and travel destinations will vary greatly. One week could be on a cruise ship in the Caribbean, and the next week at a paper mill in Indonesia or in Skutskär. The work involves independent work, but you will work as a team with a responsible project manager for support.
At our pleasant office in the middle of Sundbyberg, you will perform administrative tasks, plan, and transfer experiences from the field to the rest of the organization.
The position involves traveling an average of 10 days per month.
About You
We are now looking for someone who is practical, works independently, is thorough and structured in your documentation. It is welcome if you enjoy traveling, as this is a major part of this role.
As a person, you are communicative and good at building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You are problem-solving and take responsibility for your well-thought-out solutions.
You have good experience with mechanical repair work. We would also like to see that you have a technical post-secondary education and that you are interested in large-scale energy production.
Good knowledge of English and Swedish as well as a B driver's license are required.
Meritorious
It is meritorious if you have work experience in electrical or energy, and/or similar positions.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Experience with energy facilities.
Worked at sea.
