About the Position As a service technician at Prowash, you'll work from your home with a fully equipped service vehicle, visiting customers to service, maintain, and troubleshoot car wash systems. You're responsible for ensuring that Prowash customers have a safe, reliable, and well-functioning facility – and ideally, one that exceeds their expectations. The work is varied and independent, but you'll always have a strong team backing you up. Your Responsibilities: Planned service and preventive maintenance Troubleshooting and repairs (mechanical & electrical) Emergency service calls when needed Customer communication and improvement suggestions for the facility We're Looking for Someone Who: Is a team player who also thrives with independent responsibility Is curious, solution-oriented, and wants to develop technically Is structured and professional in customer interactions We'd Like to See: Experience in mechanics and basic electrical knowledge Experience as a service technician, field technician, or installer (preferred) Ability to read and understand technical manuals Swedish fluency in speech and writing Good English fluency in speech and writing Class B driver's license Other Information Prowash offers exciting work with projects throughout Sweden, where you'll have the opportunity to combine installation and service.
