LabTeamet is growing with a steadily increasing number of assignments, and we are therefore hiring a service technician. We prefer candidates located in the Stockholm area.
Job Responsibilities:
Installation, technical service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment. You will work on servicing all types of base equipment for laboratories; see our website for relevant products. The work also includes customer care, helping customers with product usage, and providing the best possible service.
The work is primarily performed at customer sites, so you must be comfortable with close customer contact. The position also includes phone support and email support. The role involves some travel with overnight stays, often planned in advance, but also includes emergency travel that must be handled with short notice and overnight stays. Up to 60 overnight stays per year.
Scope of Work:
Full-time position, weekdays. You will primarily work in your base area of Stockholm/Uppsala, but will be part of our team and handle assignments throughout Sweden, so the ability to travel for work is a requirement. Start as soon as possible.
About You:
· You must have experience in service, technical support, and troubleshooting. We invest heavily in internal training and training from our suppliers.
· You must have some electrical experience.
· You must have mechanical experience.
· Experience working in the field at customer sites.
· You are computer literate.
· You can plan and organize.
· You take initiative.
· You take responsibility for your work and tasks, help and support your colleagues, and contribute to collective responsibility in the department. You are part of the team/company and step up when needed so that we together work toward our common goals and ensure satisfied customers.
· You have a fundamentally positive attitude and are solution-oriented.

· A large part of your work consists of communicating with customers and employees.
· You communicate directly and are good at collaboration, are flexible, and take initiative.
· You speak Swedish and English fluently.
· You enjoy traveling, can travel on short notice without issues, and can be away from home with overnight stays when needed.
· You have a valid driver's license (Class B).
· You easily absorb the content of manuals and technical information. This is important as the work requires you to search for and understand technical information from technical documentation.
· You are good at documenting your work, follow through on commitments, complete tasks on time, and are organized.
· As a service technician, you largely drive and plan your own work, which requires you to be responsible, goal-oriented, structured, and self-directed.
· You are stress-resistant and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· You are conscientious and take great responsibility for your work and assignments.
