About the Company Industri-Teknik Bengt Fridh AB, based in Arlöv, was founded in 1969 and is part of INIVI Group. The company specializes in various types of combustion equipment for heating, drying, destruction, preheating and more, serving Nordic and international industrial customers. The company has a design department and workshops for mechanical, electrical control and regulation technology as well as ceramic manufacturing. The company currently has approximately 20 employees and is now embarking on an exciting growth journey. Virtually all production takes place in-house, from initial concept sketches to test runs before delivery. About the Position As a service technician at Industri-Teknik Bengt Fridh AB, you will be an important part of an experienced team working with troubleshooting, service and installation of industrial heating and combustion systems. The service covers both gas and oil installations mounted on combustion systems, steam boilers, air heaters and afterburning chambers. The position requires several years of experience in electrical work, mechanics or other relevant background. Additionally, it is important that you have the ability to be structured, prioritize and take safety regulations with great care. Your main responsibilities will include: - Performing service, troubleshooting and maintenance of burner systems and related components, focusing on both electrical and mechanical parts, as well as oil installations, combustion systems, steam boilers and air heaters. - Carrying out installation and commissioning work on systems, including cable routing, assembly work and safety settings according to strict procedures. - Planning and conducting customer visits, primarily within Sweden, although international travel may also occur. - Participating in on-call duty according to a rotating schedule to ensure rapid support for customers experiencing downtime. - Documenting completed work for billing and quality monitoring. - Working closely with the production team and participating in training to continuously build on your technical expertise. About You To be suitable for the role, we primarily see that you have a genuine technical interest, ideally combined with an understanding and curiosity about electronics and mechanics, and a drive to broaden your expertise in these areas. You have some form of electrician background, preferably in combination with installation or automation experience, and are comfortable with mechanical work. Previous experience as a service technician, electrician, or similar is a merit. The following are requirements for the position: - Experience with service and maintenance work in industry, preferably in electrical work, mechanics or automation. - Good understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems, and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. - High school level Swedish and English, as the role requires both technical documentation and customer communication in both languages. - Driver's license category B, and flexibility to travel and work in different locations in Sweden. - A problem-solving and independent approach, with good ability to handle both urgent and planned service matters.
