Encon Fastighetsservice manages properties for external property owners, industries, housing associations, and other clients within private and public administration. We operate from Karlskrona with an office in Torskors.

About the Role
Encon Fastighetsservice works with building services, property maintenance, fault reporting, assembly, welding, metalwork, and many other types of service and maintenance assignments.
Our customers are in industry, commercial properties, and residential properties, which means the work is varied and you'll encounter many different types of challenges in your daily work.
As a service technician with us, your workday might include a customer fault report, an assembly job, a repair, or building service. What matters is not that you know everything from the start, but that you have a solid practical foundation, are solution-oriented, and enjoy tackling new tasks.
We work as a team and help each other when needed, but the role also involves independent work at our customers' locations. Therefore, it's important that you feel comfortable taking your own initiative, making decisions, and driving tasks forward on your own.
We're Looking for Someone Who
Has experience from a trade, construction, industry, assembly, welding, or similar
Is practical and enjoys solving problems
Thrive with variety and different types of work tasks
Can work both independently and together with others
Has the ability to take your own initiative and make decisions
Are thorough and have high standards for results
Understand the importance of good customer service and professional conduct
Are flexible and not afraid to take on new tasks
Experience with welding and metalwork is a plus, but we also welcome you with other relevant practical experience.
