We are now seeking a Service Technician/Inside Sales Representative for our project in Arvidsjaur. You will work partly in Arvidsjaur and partly at our depot in Piteå. Here you'll get a varied role where you combine practical work with customer service and sales.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who wants a varied role where you get to work both as a service technician and inside sales representative, with a focus on an exciting project in Arvidsjaur. You will be an important part of daily operations and contribute to the project running smoothly by handling returns of our products, while also working with rentals and sales. If you value customer contact, are thorough in your work, and enjoy delivering top-quality service, this could be the job for you!
As a service technician/inside sales representative, you load and unload machinery, receive returns, and perform damage assessments, cleaning, and function checks. You also perform simple repairs and work with our entire rental range, which consists of construction machinery, lifts, and construction equipment. The role has a special focus on supporting operations in our Arvidsjaur project. The remaining time you work from our Piteå depot.
When working with machinery rentals and sales, you follow up on ongoing rentals, receive orders, and book and coordinate transportation. You provide service, advice, and information about Cramo's products and help customers find the right solution based on their needs.

Are You the Right Person?
We would like to see that you have previous experience in a similar role that combined mechanical work with customer contact.
You have a B driver's license and a BE driver's license is a merit
good computer skills
good knowledge of Swedish and English
We appreciate it if you have experience with service-related and/or technical work, but the most important thing is that you have a desire to provide fantastic service and an interest in technology. You like to take charge of the situation with the customer, where your goal is to create value and meet a need or solve a problem, even in situations that can become a bit more stressful. You take responsibility and act proactively—for example, by suggesting alternative solutions that are better for the customer—and understand that this contributes to customer satisfaction. Your good organization and attention to detail also help ensure that the customer feels you have exceeded their expectations.
We don't expect you to have knowledge of our products, but we value curiosity and a willingness to learn and develop with us. It is a merit if you have a forklift certificate.
