Braun Medical, you will have a varied and developmental role where you work closely with healthcare customers and are responsible for ensuring that advanced medical technology equipment operates optimally every day. In this role, you will drive, plan, and carry out service, installations, and maintenance of medical technology products at customer sites as well as in the workshop. You will work with, among other things, dialysis machines, infusion systems, and water purification equipment, where troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance are natural parts of your daily work. You have significant personal responsibility and work professionally in your customer interactions. Through your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs, you identify opportunities for upselling products and service agreements. The work is conducted in close collaboration with your team of service technicians as well as other functions within the company, such as the sales organization and application specialists. You document your work continuously in systems such as ServiceMax and CRM and ensure that all reporting maintains high quality. You will be based in the Stockholm area and work throughout Sweden as well as other Nordic countries. Travel is a natural part of the role and includes approximately 60 overnight stays per year. Your main responsibilities: • Installation, service, and maintenance of medical technology equipment at customer sites and in the workshop • Preventive and corrective maintenance of dialysis machines and water purification systems • Software updates of infusion systems and dialysis equipment at customer locations • Troubleshooting, repair, and technical advice • Documentation of completed work in ServiceMax and CRM • Actively contribute to upselling and development of customer relationships Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Requirements: • Minimum upper secondary education in technical or medical technology • Work experience from a similar service technician role involving troubleshooting and service of electronics, hydraulics, and mechanics • IT skills in networks, servers, PDMS • Good knowledge of Office applications • Driver's license category B • Experience in installation work and project management • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious: • Experience in medical technology service work within healthcare • Sales experience • Experience with control cabinets, 400V pumps • Further education/certification in relevant areas, such as electrical safety training To thrive in this role, we see that you have a solid customer focus and enjoy providing good service.
