Service Technician About Part Part is a family-owned company with approximately 150 employees and an annual turnover of around 250 million SEK. We have our headquarters and production in Kalix and are a leading supplier of prefabricated bathrooms to hotels, care facilities, and residential properties. Aftermarket and Service The aftermarket department's mission is to carry out warranty work and service commitments for our customers throughout the Nordic region. Travel is therefore a natural part of the work, and this position suits you if you enjoy independent and varied work. Your Responsibilities As a service technician, you are an important representative for Part at our customers' sites. You are responsible for performing service and warranty work with high quality and professional conduct. Your main responsibilities are to: Perform warranty work at construction sites and during home visits. Report completed work daily to the service coordinator via Dalux, phone, and email. Order materials according to established procedures. Work solution-oriented to ensure high customer satisfaction. Contribute to the development and improvement of work methods, procedures, and practices within the service operations. Be a professional representative for Part and act in accordance with the company's values and code of conduct. Who Are You? Swedish or Nordic citizenship. Class B driver's license. Merits Electrical certification and/or plumbing certification. Experience as a tile setter. Experience as a carpenter. Knowledge of Norwegian.
