We are a growing service company focused on facilities management services, furniture and interior assembly, and traditional warehouse work for companies throughout Skåne.
We help our customers with everything under the sun, and our goal is to be an obvious service partner that's always ready to help – quickly, flexibly, and professionally. With us, no two days are quite alike, and we believe that's exactly what makes the job so fun!
A Role with Great Variety
The position is split roughly 50/50 between a permanent client and varying assignments with other clients, primarily in the Malmö and Lund regions.
With our permanent client, the work consists mainly of:
Warehouse work
Forklift operation – loading & unloading
Basic assembly of the client's products
The other part of the role involves varying assignments within our facilities management and service operations. This could include furniture and interior assembly, simple assembly work, and other practical all-around tasks where our customers need a helping hand.
Who Are You?
We believe you're a cheerful, positive, and outgoing person who finds customer interaction an important and enjoyable part of the job. You're service-oriented, unpretentious, and have a natural talent for building good relationships with people.
The work can be physically demanding at times, so you need to be in good physical condition, able to handle heavy lifting, and comfortable working at heights on ladders, for example.
You're also someone who "knows a little bit about a lot," is handy, practically minded, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. You enjoy solving problems and have a natural "we'll figure it out!" attitude.
You have a good understanding of what truly excellent service means – always being professional, solution-oriented, and going the extra mile for the customer.
As part of Greja Företagsservice, you're often our face to the world. That's why it's important that you feel confident in customer interactions and can communicate in a positive and professional manner. You take responsibility for your assignments and ensure that the customer always has the best possible experience.
Do you have a forklift license and forklift driving experience? Excellent – we see that as a strong qualification!
