We are looking for 1 Service Advisor with drive for Min bil Sätra -----------We are seeking someone who loves meeting people. Working with customer service at our company is more than just a job - it's a lifestyle! As our ambassador, you follow both our brand guidelines as well as our own service process to ensure high service standards. You also play an important role in providing our customers with a great customer experience throughout their contact with us. Common tasks include attending to visiting customers, answering inquiries via phone and email, scheduling work, estimating jobs, and managing a large portion of the administrative work. You are a forward-thinking and responsible person who enjoys administration, problem-solving, and exceeding customer expectations. You have previous experience in the automotive industry and/or basic knowledge of workshop processes. Previous experience with our business systems Winassist, Kobra, and Cabas is considered a plus. For the right person with the right mindset, there are opportunities for development! The systems we work with require computer proficiency and good knowledge of Swedish as well as English in both spoken and written form. The Min bil group consists of 6 workshops throughout Stockholm County. Together, we are authorized for 29 car brands and are affiliated with the Autoexperten chain. Specifically in Sätra, we are authorized for Toyota, Renault, Dacia, Jaguar & Landrover. We are also affiliated with Autoexperten, which means we service all car brands.
