Working alongside an engaged team, you will work closely with the customer and be responsible for projects and service initiatives that contribute to safe, efficient, and well-functioning operations.
Caverion and Saab have an agreement regarding technical property management, operations, and maintenance of facilities nationwide. It is a partnership agreement based on, among other things, mutual trust and transparency.
As a service project manager, you are responsible for driving service and smaller projects within ventilation and HVAC – from planning and customer dialogue to implementation and follow-up. The role involves close collaboration with both the customer, technicians, subcontractors, and colleagues within several technical areas.
You will have a varied day-to-day where you combine technology, business, and relationships in an environment where quality and long-term thinking are in focus.
The role includes
Lead and coordinate service projects in ventilation and HVAC
Take responsibility for planning, budget, and follow-up of projects
Be the customer's contact person in day-to-day work
Communicate with technical specialists as well as commercial contacts with contractors and suppliers
Coordinate technicians and subcontractors
Identify improvements and development opportunities for the customer
Work closely with other technical areas within Caverion

Your background
Experience with service projects or project management within ventilation and/or HVAC
Technical understanding of property and installation
Ability to build good customer relationships
Experience working independently and driving multiple tasks in parallel
Good administrative skills and financial understanding
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, certain citizenship may be required if applicable.
