Coffee Service Specialist
Are you a true service professional who enjoys interacting with customers? As a Coffee Service Specialist, you play a crucial role in delivering the best cup of coffee at the workplace. You will be based at our office in Luleå and visit our customers spread throughout the area. This is a permanent position after a 6-month probation period, starting immediately. A suitable place of residence would be somewhere between Luleå, Piteå, and Boden.
In your role as a Coffee Service Specialist, you will work on-site with our customers on the ongoing maintenance of coffee and water systems - cleaning, delivery, and restocking of supplies. You will be our face to the customer and take great pride in meeting our customers' expectations. We work with a sales and service focus with our customers, and you will assess the customer's needs and ensure they have the products and services they require. The work involves extensive customer contact every day.

We are looking for someone who has:
Completed upper secondary education
Class B driver's license
Computer proficiency for job reporting
If you also have experience with similar tasks in a customer environment or other service work, that is a plus.
