Your responsibilities In the role of ServiceNow technician, you will work on developing, configuring, and managing functionality in ServiceNow. You will play an important role in automation, process improvement, and quality assurance of the platform. Your main responsibilities will include: Develop, configure, and manage functionality in ServiceNow Create and further develop automated flows and workflows Work with process automation within ITSM and related IT processes Identify areas for improvement and propose automation solutions Work with integrations, rules, scripts, and technical dependencies Collaborate with technical teams, business representatives, and operations Document technical solutions, approaches, and dependencies Contribute to increased efficiency, quality, and stability in the ServiceNow environment Your profile We are looking for someone who is independent, structured, and solution-oriented with a genuine interest in ServiceNow and automation. You find it easy to understand complex technical environments and thrive in a role where you combine technology, problem-solving, and collaboration. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Documented experience with ServiceNow Practical experience with automation, workflows, or process flows in ServiceNow Good technical understanding of ITSM processes Experience with requirements, configuration, and technical troubleshooting Experience with technical documentation Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal It is advantageous if you also have experience with: Microsoft Power Automate or Microsoft Power Platform ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, or equivalent IntegrationHub API, REST, or other system integrations Scripting, for example JavaScript ServiceNow certifications Work in larger enterprise environments You are curious about new technologies and enjoy finding solutions that simplify, automate, and improve working methods.
