Now is your chance! About the Position The role of service manager is one of the most important positions at our facility. You are the link between our customers and the workshop and have frequent contact with our mechanics. We work with premium vehicles and therefore must provide our customers with premium service. The service manager's responsibilities include personnel planning, leading and allocating work, customer care, budgeting, costing, and participating in daily operations. The role includes leading and developing work and team spirit in the Autowåx spirit. You will be part of the management team for Autowåx Bil AB and report directly to the CEO on all overarching and strategic matters. The position of service manager is a direct recruitment to Autowåx Bil AB with a start date to be agreed upon. About You We are looking for applicants who are likely currently a workshop manager or have equivalent experience in the automotive industry. To fit in with us, you also have experience in high-level customer service. Your technical knowledge of vehicles is important and is considered a merit. Experience with Kobra and Cabas is a merit. Excellent knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing as well as good computer skills are required. It is important that you are confident and clear in your leadership with experience motivating, inspiring, and coaching your employees. Furthermore, you are action-oriented, goal-focused, communicative, and collaborate easily at all levels both internally and externally. You very much enjoy meeting new people and making them feel welcome and well cared for. You want to move forward and are a driven and honest person.
