Assignment
We are looking for a service technician to join our team in southern/central Sweden.
The position is home-based, which means your place of residence can be flexible as long as you live in southern or central Sweden. The role involves extensive travel within Sweden and the rest of Scandinavia, and occasionally to other parts of Europe. A significant part of the work consists of installation and assembly projects, which means you will regularly be away from home for several days at a time.
Responsibilities
Manage customer projects at foundries from planning to completion.
Be the main contact between Calderys and the customer and ensure good customer relationships.
Communicate project plans, provide regular updates, and conduct daily coordination meetings.
Provide technical support and resolve customer questions on-site.
Plan, lead, and coordinate team work to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the right quality standards.
Perform practical installation, assembly, and commissioning work as part of the project team.
Independently carry out minor service and maintenance projects.
Travel to customer facilities in Sweden, Scandinavia, and other parts of Europe as needed.
Use the company's service vehicle for customer visits and project work.
Responsible for documentation, work reports, and ongoing project administration.
Ensure high standards regarding safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Take great personal responsibility and drive work independently from start to finish.
Qualifications
Good communication skills and ability to lead teams.
Technical education at upper secondary level or higher.
Experience from the foundry or industrial sector is an asset.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Structured, business-minded, and stress-resilient with high work motivation.
Category B driver's license.
Forklift certification is an asset.
Traverse crane operator certification is an asset.
Hot Work certification is an asset.
The position is full-time, permanent/probationary employment, and you will be part of our team in Mariestad.
