Take ownership of selected analytics and BI services.
Work in a cross-functional data and analytics environment.
Combine hands-on development with prioritization and stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to the transition from legacy BI solutions to a Databricks-based platform.
What you'll do
Develop, maintain, and support analytics and BI solutions.
Build data models, transformations, and reusable analytics components in Databricks.
Create semantic models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI.
Translate business needs into scalable data processes and data products.
Support AI-related analytics use cases through data preparation and feature-ready datasets.
What we're looking for
Senior experience developing BI and analytics solutions with clear business value.
Strong ability to drive work forward, create structure, and prioritize in complex environments.
Experience collaborating with business teams, data engineers, and technical platform teams.
Ability to explain technical choices and analytics possibilities to different audiences.
Experience across multiple business areas, such as finance, sales, or operations.
Technology & Tools
Databricks: notebooks, SQL, data modeling, and transformation patterns.
Power BI: semantic models, DAX, report design, and performance optimization.
SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT principles.
Qlik Sense is a plus for managing or migrating existing solutions.
Knowledge of AI/ML-related data preparation and analytics use cases is a plus.
