Service Operations Planner in Wind Power Do you want to combine your technical experience in wind power with planning, coordination, and optimization of service operations? Then this could be perfect for you! We are now looking for a Service Operations Planner who wants to take a key role in ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of wind power facilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with technicians, Site Operations Managers, and other stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and follow up on service and maintenance initiatives in a dynamic and forward-thinking operation. About the Role As a Service Operations Planner, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on both preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives. You ensure that resources are used optimally, that planned activities are carried out according to schedule, and that the operation achieves set goals within quality, safety, and efficiency. Your main responsibilities include: Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities and inspections. Coordinate corrective maintenance initiatives based on resource and site conditions. Perform capacity and resource planning as well as forecasting work. Lead and coordinate weekly and monthly planning meetings. Ensure availability of lifting equipment, cranes, and other specialized equipment. Manage, follow up, and quality assure work orders, service orders, and notifications in ERP/CMMS systems. Prioritize and plan ongoing and upcoming tasks. Follow up on key metrics, report results, and drive improvement initiatives. Support Site Operations Managers in reporting, resource optimization, and business development. We Are Looking for You Have at least two years of practical experience as a wind power technician, senior technician, or work leader in wind power. Have good technical understanding of wind turbines, maintenance processes, and safety requirements. Have experience with both preventive and corrective maintenance. Are experienced in working with ERP or CMMS systems, such as SAP. Have experience with work order management, service orders, and maintenance planning. Have strong ability to plan resources, capacity, and workload. Are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented. Have very good collaboration and communication skills. Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
