Have you worked hands-on with wind energy and feel ready to apply your technical experience in a more planning and coordinating role?
We're looking for someone who understands what's actually required on site, but also has the ability to think ahead, plan forward, and ensure resources, maintenance, and activities align seamlessly.
As a Service Operations Planner, you'll become an integral part of our operational team. You'll plan and follow up on maintenance work, coordinate resources, and ensure the right intervention happens at the right time. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, planning, and people.
This is a one-year consulting assignment starting in November, where you'll be employed as a consultant by Unik Resurs.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Your focus will be on creating structure and forward-planning in daily operations.
You will, among other things:
plan and schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and service activities
plan and coordinate both planned and unplanned corrective maintenance efforts
work with load and capacity planning as well as resource allocation
prioritize and follow up on activities based on technical and operational needs
coordinate internal and external resources as well as needs for cranes and other lifting equipment
manage and follow up on Work Orders, Service Orders, and Notifications
lead and participate in weekly and monthly planning meetings
follow up on completion, KPIs, and planned activities
support the operation in efficiency improvement, resource optimization, and continuous improvement.
Who are we looking for?
We believe you have at least two years of practical experience in wind energy, for example as a Wind Turbine Technician, Senior Technician, or Site Lead.
It's important that you have a strong technical understanding of turbine components, maintenance, and safety work. You have experience with both preventive and corrective maintenance and understand how work on site actually functions.
We'd like to see that you also have experience with:
planning and monitoring maintenance activities
Work Orders, Notifications, and Service Orders
working in CMMS/ERP systems, such as SAP or similar
resource and capacity planning
digital planning tools and Microsoft Office.
Since the role involves many contact points, you need to communicate clearly and be comfortable coordinating different people and functions. You work in a structured manner, are thorough, and find it easy to see what needs to be prioritized.
You also need to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
