Have you worked hands-on with wind energy and feel that you want to use your technical experience in a more planning and coordinating role?
We're looking for someone who understands what's actually required on site, but who also has the ability to look ahead, plan forward, and coordinate resources, maintenance, and activities.
As a Service Operations Planner, you'll become an important part of our operations team. You'll plan and follow up on maintenance work, coordinate resources, and ensure that the right activities are carried out at the right time. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise, planning, and people management.
This position is a one-year consulting assignment starting in November, where you'll be employed as a consultant at Unik Resurs.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Your focus will be on creating structure and forward planning in daily operations.
You will, among other things:
plan and schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and service activities
plan and coordinate both planned and unplanned corrective maintenance work
work with load and capacity planning as well as resource allocation
prioritize and follow up on activities based on technical and operational needs
coordinate internal and external resources and needs for items such as cranes and other lifting equipment
manage and follow up on Work Orders, Service Orders, and Notifications
lead and participate in weekly and monthly planning meetings
follow up on execution, KPIs, and scheduled activities
support the business in efforts to improve efficiency, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement.
Who Are We Looking For?
We believe you have at least two years of hands-on experience in wind energy, for example as a Wind Turbine Technician, Senior Technician, or Site Lead.
It's important that you have a good technical understanding of turbine components, maintenance, and safety procedures. You have experience with both preventive and corrective maintenance and understand how work on site actually functions.
We'd like to see that you also have experience with:
planning and monitoring maintenance activities
Work Orders, Notifications, and Service Orders
work in CMMS/ERP systems, such as SAP or similar
resource and capacity planning
digital planning tools and Microsoft Office.
Since the role involves many contact points, you need to communicate clearly and be comfortable coordinating different people and functions. You work in a structured manner, are detail-oriented, and have a natural ability to see what needs to be prioritized.
You also need to be able to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
