Service and Installation Technician with Installation Focus!

Our client is now seeking a service and installation technician to join their team. Here you'll work practically with installation, service and maintenance of technical equipment within water purification – an industry with a strong focus on sustainability. Do you want to combine technical work, travel and customer contact in a varied role where no two days are the same? Then this could be the position for you. About the Position In this role, you'll work with installation, commissioning, service and renovation of the company's machines at customer sites. Work takes place primarily in industrial environments and involves regular travel within Sweden and, when needed, to Norway and Denmark. You work in a team and maintain ongoing contact with customers in connection with assignments. Working Hours: Monday–Wednesday: 07:00–19:00 Thursday: 07:00–12:30 Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of machines Service, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Renovation and adaptation in existing facilities Work with piping systems, pumps, valves and related equipment Blueprint reading and technical documentation Material ordering and basic planning Customer contact in connection with assignments We're Looking for Someone Who Has technical education at least at upper secondary level (e.g. industrial, electrical or mechanical) or equivalent experience Has experience with mechanical work in an industrial environment Has good tool proficiency Can read and work from blueprints Requirements B-class driver's license Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Experience with installation of pumps, valves or similar equipment Experience with pipe routing is a merit Comfortable with travel-based work Personal Qualities Customer-focused Problem-solving Responsible Independent Other Information Work location is flexible and you don't need to be based in Borås to be considered for this position.
