Service and Installation Technician with Assembly Focus!

Our client is now looking for a service and installation technician to join their team. Here you'll work practically with installation, service, and maintenance of technical equipment within water purification – an industry with a strong focus on sustainability. About the Position In this role, you will work with installation, commissioning, service, and modification of the company's machines at customer sites. Work takes place primarily in industrial environments and involves regular travel within Sweden as well as trips to Norway and Denmark when needed. You work in a team and maintain ongoing contact with customers in connection with assignments. Work Hours: Monday–Wednesday: 07:00–19:00 Thursday: 07:00–12:30 Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of machines Service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance Modification and adaptation in existing facilities Work with piping systems, pumps, valves, and related equipment Blueprint reading and technical documentation Material ordering and basic planning Customer contact in connection with assignments We Are Looking for You If You Have technical education at least at upper secondary level (e.g., industrial, electrical, or mechanical) or equivalent experience Have experience with mechanical work in an industrial environment Have good tool skills Can read and work according to blueprints Requirements Category B driver's license Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Experience with installation of pumps, valves, or similar equipment Experience with pipe installation is a plus Comfortable with travel-based work Personal Qualities Service-oriented Problem-solving Responsible Independent Additional Information Work location is flexible and you do not need to be based in Borås to be a candidate for this position.
