Icha Mochi is looking for a Dining Service Manager – immediate start! Icha Mochi is now seeking a dedicated and responsible Dining Service Manager to join our team with an immediate start. As a Dining Service Manager, you play an important role in daily operations and are responsible for ensuring smooth service operations and providing our guests with a professional and pleasant experience. About the position: Full-time Immediate start Varying hours – lunches, evenings, and weekends We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience in restaurant and service. Has experience taking responsibility for dining service operations and preferably experience leading or delegating work. Is service-oriented, professional, and solution-focused. Is stress-resistant and can maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Is thorough, organized, and responsible. Enjoys working in a team and contributing to a positive work environment. Must be flexible and able to work lunches, evenings, and weekends. Your duties may include: Managing daily dining service operations, Ensuring guests receive excellent service, Delegating and coordinating work in the dining area, Greeting guests and handling reservations, Ensuring order and quality standards during shifts, Collaborating with the kitchen and other staff, Handling guest inquiries and requests, Placing supplier orders.
