CNC Machine Setup Technician / Operator

Permanent position, two-shift operation. Start date available immediately. Job Responsibilities: setup and operation of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling centers; complete production preparation - tool preparation, fixture setup and changeover; troubleshooting first parts from raw material on new orders and performing program corrections; precise manufacturing of parts and components according to technical drawings; continuous quality control of produced parts using standard shop floor measuring instruments; close collaboration with team members and the technical quality control department. Requirements: experience in CNC machining field (setup and operation of milling centers), knowledge of Heidenhain and Fanuc control systems (program navigation), ability to read technical drawings and process documentation, measurement experience - reliable knowledge of working with basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.), personal responsibility for work performed, reliability and manual dexterity.
