Performance of work on production equipment according to customer needs, leading to the fulfillment of customer requirements while maintaining quality, quantitative, and other engineering standards. Performs activities according to engineering standards in the given position in production/on the production line according to work instructions (SOP - standard operating procedure, EWI - electronic work instruction, SWR - special work request, etc.). Follows the instructions of the respective line supervisor or supervisor/shift leader. Collaboration with other production departments. Maintenance of related documentation. Responsibility for compliance with internal regulations and employer directives and BOZP, PO, and SER, 5S principles. Additional activities within the scope of the given work position as directed by superiors. The stated gross monthly salary includes base gross salary + expected performance bonus of 3,000 Kč).
