Our production team is looking for a skilled and responsible colleague who isn't afraid of responsibility and wants to contribute to ensuring smooth operation of the production line. You are manually dexterous and technically proficient You aren't afraid of responsibility for setting up and operating the entire line You don't mind working in continuous operations You enjoy solving technical problems and finding ways to improve things What will your job responsibilities include? Setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production lines Monitoring and ensuring smooth production operations Solving technical problems during operation Collaborating with maintenance and production teams Following technological procedures and quality standards What do we expect from you? Experience in setting up production lines or experience from a production environment Technical education is a plus Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to make independent decisions Willingness to learn and improve your skills 25 days of vacation Opportunity for meals in the facility Full-time employment in a stable international company outside the automotive sector After the probation period, possibility of salary increase.
