Position responsibilities - independent production startup, supervision of production - tool replacement in machines - replenishing consumable materials - automatic processes - fault detection and independent problem resolution Requirements - trained in mechanical engineering field, e.g. toolmaker, machinist, mechanic, auto mechanic, or alternatively 3 years of experience - suitable for graduates as well - manual dexterity - patience, attention to detail and responsibility What we offer - base salary from CZK 31,100 to CZK 40,400 depending on experience - monthly and semi-annual bonuses - permanent employment contract - in 2026 single-shift operation, from 2027 gradual expansion of additional shifts (maximum three-shift operation) - annual salary increases - company trips, company events - cafeteria - transport allowance - subsidized meals (from CZK 30)
