Job Responsibilities: - responsible for setting up machinery according to prescribed technological parameters - hands over the machine in operational condition to the production operator - responsible for correct adjustment and configuration of the machine - operates machine control systems - identifies tool defects and their causes - eliminates minor faults and performs basic maintenance Requirements: - high school diploma or vocational training in mechanical or electrical engineering - ability to work in three-shift operations - good health status - manual dexterity - team player mentality We Offer: o 13th and 14th month bonuses o 5 weeks of vacation o transportation allowance o subsidized meals o contribution to life insurance or supplemental pension insurance o cafeteria o support from experienced colleagues
