In the role of Senior UX Designer with a focus on digital accessibility, you combine practical audits with long-term development of practices, standards, and expertise. About the role Work in a senior UX role with a clear focus on inclusive design and digital accessibility. Support product and development teams in building accessibility from the beginning. Combine accessibility audits with development of scalable practices. What you'll do Audit digital services and user journeys against WCAG 2.2 AA. Prioritize and document accessibility risks based on user impact and severity. Conduct manual testing with keyboard navigation and screen readers. Provide concrete and actionable improvement recommendations to design and development teams. Contribute to standards, methodology, training materials, and accessible design systems. We're looking for someone who has Solid experience as a UX designer with specialist expertise in digital accessibility. Practical experience translating audit results into clear actions for design and development. Experience reviewing design, flows, components, and interactions from an accessibility perspective. Understanding of usability testing with people with, for example, visual, cognitive, or reading-related disabilities. Meriting certification or training in accessibility, such as IAAP WAS, CPWA, CPACC, or equivalent.
