Senior Technical Property Manager Are you an experienced Technical Property Manager looking to take the next step in a larger organization? About the Role As a Technical Property Manager, you'll join Business Unit Tech, where approximately 250 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management where the whole picture is in focus. We're looking for someone who currently works as a technical property manager or manager and wants to be part of a larger team with broad expertise in both operations and management. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients while collaborating with CBRE's technical organization stationed in the properties. You're driven by long-term property development and see the value in combining technical understanding, business acumen, and customer relationships. Here you'll have the opportunity to work with properties under development and contribute to creating sustainable and attractive property environments. Your Main Responsibilities Provide advisory services to the client on technical and management-related matters Represent the landlord and manage relationships with tenants and other stakeholders Ensure that operations function optimally and cost-effectively Serve as client's representative or project manager for various development and investment projects Prepare budgets, forecasts, maintenance plans, and operational accounts Ensure that the client's and CBRE's procedures and processes are followed Coordinate and manage external suppliers and follow up on deliveries and agreements Who Are You? We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in real estate and who is motivated to create value for clients through long-term development and management. We believe you have: Post-secondary education in property management, such as Property Manager or Real Estate Engineer At least 10 years of experience managing commercial properties Experience with budgeting, maintenance planning, and client responsibility Experience in property development, rental law, and related management matters is a plus Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing To succeed in this role, you are: Communicative and confident in dialogue with clients, tenants, and colleagues Relationship-focused and unpretentious Structured with good administrative abilities Independent and experienced in prioritizing in a complex daily environment Engaged in real estate and its long-term development What Do We Offer?
