Intro Maxitech has been entrusted to lead the recruitment process for Ida Infront and is now seeking senior developers who want to be part of developing some of Sweden's most societally critical systems. About the Role As a senior developer, you'll be part of an agile and self-organizing team with responsibility for the entire development chain: from analysis, design, and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement. The role is broad and suits you if you want to take end-to-end responsibility. In addition to development, the team works with integrations, production-related issues, technical support, and continuous improvements to both products and work methods. You'll work with complex solutions where both new development and enhancements are involved. AI is a prioritized area where Ida Infront is actively exploring how modern AI tools, agents, and intelligent features can create value for both their products and customers. What We're Looking For • Several years of experience in system development and comfortable working independently in complex environments. • A degree in IT or higher education, or equivalent experience • Experience with Java and modern development methodologies. • Experience working with integrations, APIs, and databases. • Experience with Docker, Git/GitHub, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. • Swedish citizenship, as the position is subject to security requirements. Desirable experience includes Kubernetes, DevOps, distributed system environments, AI-related development, and modern frontend frameworks. Workplace and Work Approach The role is based in Linköping or Stockholm, and we work hybrid. Teams meet regularly in the office and we're therefore looking for someone who can travel in for team days and workshops. You can live anywhere in Sweden, but need to be comfortable working independently remotely while actively contributing to the team's collaboration.
