We are expanding our five-person procurement team and looking for an experienced procurement specialist to take responsibility for selected product categories, primarily raw materials and ingredients for our own production. We purchase mainly from abroad and work with suppliers from Europe, India, China, and other countries. Your responsibilities will include: -searching for and evaluating new suppliers, -negotiating prices and business terms, -ensuring availability of raw materials and other items, -purchase planning and inventory management, -communication with international suppliers, -resolving potential delivery and quality issues. Who we are looking for: -a person with commercial thinking and good negotiation skills, -an independent and responsible colleague who can work with numbers, -someone who actively seeks new solutions and follows through on tasks, -very good English language skills - regular use is essential, -experience in strategic procurement, international trade, or a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
