Are you an experienced finance professional with solid expertise in Treasury and comfortable in a broad role where you take significant personal responsibility? Vindex is now recruiting candidates for employment in Treasury for a role where you will become a central part of the finance function. This role suits you if you are confident in operational Treasury processes, work in a structured manner, and appreciate independently driving work forward. This assignment is a hire recruitment, where you will initially work as a consultant through Vindex. We would like the right person to start as soon as possible. Placement: Stockholm About the Role As a Treasury consultant, you will have a broad and hands-on role with responsibility for central aspects of ongoing financial operations. You work closely with the business and handle liquidity, payment flows, currencies, and financial transactions, among other things. This role suits you if you have several years of experience in Treasury or a broad finance role and are accustomed to independently managing day-to-day work. You will have an important function in ensuring efficient liquidity management and contribute with financial monitoring and documentation to the finance function. This is a role for you if you like having control over the big picture while enjoying working close to operational processes. Placement: Stockholm Main Responsibilities Responsible for daily liquidity management and monitoring of group liquidity Work with liquidity planning and forecasting Manage currency exposure, currency transactions, and currency trading Responsible for bank relationships and ongoing financial transactions Follow up on and reconcile financial items and transactions Ensure efficient payment and liquidity flows Prepare financial documentation and provide support in connection with monthly and annual closing Continuously analyze and monitor finance-related flows Contribute to developing and streamlining Treasury processes and routines Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant financial education and several years of experience in Treasury, finance, or a related role. You have a good understanding of financial flows and are accustomed to independently managing operational Treasury processes. We would like to see that you have: Post-secondary or academic education in economics, finance, or equivalent Relevant work experience in Treasury/Finance, minimum 5-7 years Experience in a broad and hands-on finance role Good understanding of liquidity management, cash management, and liquidity forecasting Experience in currency management and currency transactions Experience with bank relationships and financial transactions Good experience with reconciliation and monitoring of financial items Experience preparing documentation for monthly and annual closing Good system skills and strong Excel proficiency Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English About You As a person, you are self-driven, thorough, and structured. You feel confident in your expertise and can independently plan and prioritize your work. You have an analytical approach and are at the same time pragmatic and solution-oriented when the situation requires it. Since this role involves significant personal responsibility, you need to be comfortable being the one who drives processes forward and has control over daily financial flows. You are unpretentious and communicative and have an easy time building good relationships with both internal contacts and banks and other external parties. We believe that you are a person who appreciates the breadth of a Treasury role and who enjoys combining ongoing operational work with analysis, monitoring, and development of working methods.
