You'll be part of a team developing energy management functions for electric vehicles.
The role encompasses system architecture, software, and control strategies for battery and charging.
You'll take clear technical ownership of assigned functions throughout the entire development chain.
What You'll Do
Define system architecture, requirements, and control strategies for energy management.
Develop, calibrate, and verify software and control algorithms.
Perform tuning, data analysis, and release approval for vehicle functions.
Ensure traceability, quality, and compliance with relevant processes and standards.
Drive troubleshooting and coordination in cross-functional development teams.
What We're Looking For
Relevant master's degree in, for example, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or vehicle development.
Several years of experience with energy management, battery software, charging, or control systems.
Knowledge of high-voltage batteries, power management, SoC estimation, and energy optimization.
Experience in system design, requirements management, model-based development, and calibration.
Experience from vehicle development and work according to ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
Technology & Tools
MATLAB/Simulink for model-based development and control algorithms.
INCA and CANalyzer for calibration, measurement, and analysis.
Vector tools for vehicle communication and verification.
Azure DevOps and Git for planning, traceability, and version control.
Knowledge of high-voltage safety is a plus.
