We are therefore seeking a senior recruiter with a background in the consulting industry. We're looking for someone who knows they want to work in recruitment and work with some of the best in the industry. About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for driving recruitment processes for Asta's customers. You act as an expert with customers and candidates by being insight-driven, consultative, and challenging in your work. You collaborate closely with customers and other internal team members at Asta. We set high standards and want the role to be characterized by quality and professionalism. Additionally, you will have employer responsibility for a growing number of consultants, ensuring and following up on them during assignments with our customers/partners. Your responsibilities therefore include ongoing follow-up, time reporting, ensuring a good work environment, and related administrative tasks. As a Recruitment Consultant, you are a key player for us at Asta and will have the opportunity to help shape our success at an early stage. There will be opportunities to specialize, create new business areas, and move into leadership roles. How your role develops over time is something you will help shape together with us. Key Responsibilities: Drive your own recruitment processes across various business areas, from start to finish Collaborations and insight-driven dialogues with customers Build and maintain candidate networks, primarily via LinkedIn Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales Employer and work environment responsibility for consultants Related administrative tasks according to processes Qualifications and Characteristics Minimum 3 years of work in recruitment Experience from the recruitment and staffing industry Knowledge of search and sourcing strategy via LinkedIn Recruiter Experience working with customer contact in a B2B environment Post-secondary education, for example in economics, sales, marketing, or behavioral science—what matters most is that you have an interest in recruitment Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is a merit to have experience in IT recruitment We are also looking for someone who is: A forward-thinking person with an interest in recruitment driven by working with people and relationship-building. You are also someone driven by being creative and taking initiative to find new ways to move forward in your work in an independent manner. You have an interest in business, results, and are therefore unafraid of learning new things and applying them in practice in an action-oriented way.
