Do you have extensive experience managing technical projects in the industrial sector and thrive in a role where you combine technology, business, and people? We're now looking for a senior project manager ready to take responsibility for complex projects in an industrial environment.
About the Role
As a senior project manager, you'll play a central role in driving projects from planning through execution and delivery. You'll work closely with both internal functions, customers, and suppliers, and are responsible for ensuring the project meets established goals regarding timeline, budget, and quality.
Depending on the project and operations, your work may include:
Leading and coordinating technical projects and project teams
Responsibility for project plans, budgets, resources, and follow-up
Managing risks, changes, and priorities throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinating technology, procurement, production, and other involved functions
Maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Reporting project status and driving the project toward established goals
Basic Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for someone with several years of project management experience within manufacturing or technical industry and who is experienced in independently managing projects with multiple contact points.
We believe you have a technical or other relevant post-secondary education and experience working structurally with scheduling, finances, risk, and follow-up. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

As a person, you are confident in your leadership and have the ability to create structure and momentum even when projects are complex. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy getting different functions and people to work toward the same goal.
