Senior Project Manager Infrastructure Are you an experienced project manager who thrives in complex environments where technology, public benefit, and multiple stakeholders intersect? Then this is your next role! We are now seeking a senior project manager for a long-term and mission-critical assignment within the energy and infrastructure sector. ABOUT THE ROLE You will have a key role in a comprehensive and future-oriented project where progress, coordination, and a holistic perspective are essential for success. This role involves considerably more than traditional project management. You will be responsible for quickly developing a clear understanding of the business, understanding the connections between different areas, and translating complex information into concrete activities, decisions, and results. You will be the binding force between operations, technical specialists, authorities, municipalities, infrastructure owners, and other stakeholders. To succeed, you need to be able to build trust, create alignment, and communicate in a way that helps everyone understand the overall vision, their areas of responsibility, and next steps. A central part of the assignment is to identify dependencies, opportunities, and risks early, ensure that the right questions are addressed at the right time, and transform information from multiple sources into a cohesive project and timeline. You will drive the work forward by creating structure, prioritizing correctly, and ensuring that the project's many components develop in sync with one another. This is a strategically important project with significant implications for future infrastructure. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed in new contexts, take natural leadership, and create the conditions needed for seamless execution. You will: Lead and coordinate a complex infrastructure project with many internal and external stakeholders. Create and anchor an integrated project and timeline where activities, responsibilities, decisions, and dependencies are clarified. Identify and manage technical, commercial, and scheduling dependencies. Coordinate activities between operations, authorities, municipalities, and infrastructure actors. Drive risk management, decision support, and follow-up. Ensure that responsibilities, interfaces, and implementation plans are clearly defined. Contribute to strategic decisions and recommendations regarding future infrastructure solutions. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO Have the ability to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, set a clear direction forward, and get many different stakeholders to work together toward the same goal. Through structure, communication, and strong leadership, you keep complex dependencies in check and ensure continued progress in the project. Have several years of experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Have documented experience with major infrastructure, energy, construction, industrial, or water and wastewater projects. Can quickly understand complex and sometimes incomplete information and translate it into structure and progress. Have experience building, anchoring, and driving comprehensive project and timeline plans. Are a clear communicator who creates alignment and gets people with different perspectives to work toward the same goal. Have experience working closely with authorities, municipalities, contractors, and other external actors. Are analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable making decisions even when all the answers are not yet in place. Have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
