Senior Designer/Architect - Building Construction

Contact by phone or email. Complete management and coordination of building construction projects (studies, design development, construction documents). Independent creation of technical drawings including detailed technical solutions. Responsibility for project technical quality and supervision of junior designers' work. Coordination of trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low-voltage, fire safety solutions, etc.). Communication with investors and contractors. Participation in site inspections, design supervision, technical consultations. Requirements: - High school or university degree in construction/building design. - Minimum 5 years of experience in building design. - Excellent knowledge of Czech legislation, building codes, and technical standards. - Advanced CAD/BIM software skills. - Independence, reliability, ability to manage projects and make decisions.
