What You'll Do
Plan, lead, and monitor projects from initiation through industrialization.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal functions, and external stakeholders.
Manage budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
Ensure clear project communication, status reporting, and decision-making materials.
Create direction, accountability, and alignment around project deliverables.
We're Looking for Someone With
Documented experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with budget responsibility, resource management, and delivery tracking.
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
Relevant higher education, preferably in engineering, economics, or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience from industrial or comparably complex project environments is a plus.
