What Awaits You
o Planning and organizing procurement tenders for subcontractors,
o Active sourcing and outreach to suppliers,
o Evaluating bids and recommending optimal solutions,
o Preparing and negotiating work contracts with subcontractors,
o Coordinating material purchases and subcontractor work,
o Collaborating on cost optimization for projects,
o Processing monthly investor invoicing,
o Material and product sampling, working with project documentation,
o Close cooperation with site managers, designers, and company management.
You will be a key link between sales, project planning, and actual construction execution.
What We Expect from You
o Secondary or higher education in construction field,
o At least 2 years of experience with construction project preparation,
o Familiarity with project documentation,
o Experience with procurement processes and negotiations with subcontractors,
o Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
o Group B driver's license (active driver),
o Independence, attention to detail, and systematic approach,
o Good communication and negotiation skills,
o Fluent Czech language skills. The position is suitable for both men and women.
With extensive experience and expertise, you have potential for the position of PROJECT MANAGER.
What We Offer:
Attractive financial compensation: 65,000 to 80,000 CZK gross / month depending on experience and years in practice (base gross salary + monthly bonus / personal compensation)
Additionally, we offer:
o Annual bonus commitment = BONUS of 200,000 to 350,000 CZK (for PROJECT MANAGER position BONUS is 350,000 to 500,000 CZK), which is tied to the size, complexity, and financial outcome of assigned projects and is paid progressively each calendar quarter,
o Bonus commitment = BONUS for economical project management of 3 to 5% of achieved cost savings depending on project size and complexity.
