About the Role As a performance engineer, you'll work with analyzing and evaluating the performance of complex engine systems and components. You'll have a central role in understanding how different technical solutions affect system function and performance, and you'll contribute insights to development and optimization. The work combines analytical tasks with close collaboration with other technical functions. You might work with modeling, simulation, and analysis of different design alternatives, as well as evaluate results and identify possible improvements. The role involves many contact points and you'll work together with engineers in areas such as design, systems development, and production. You'll be involved throughout various parts of the development process and contribute your expertise in technical discussions and decisions. About You We're looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and enjoys solving complex technical problems. You have a genuine interest in how technical systems work and enjoy diving deep into calculations and analyses. You're structured in your work and collaborate easily with others. At the same time, you're confident in your own competence and can independently drive your tasks forward. Since the role involves collaboration with several different technical functions, you're communicative and can easily explain technical reasoning to others.
