This means you'll constantly be learning new drawings, designs, and technical solutions. About the Position As a technical assembler at System 3R, you'll be an important part of our production. You'll work with mechanical assembly, customizations, testing, and quality assurance of our products. Our batch sizes are often very small, typically 1–10 units, while 30–50 units is already considered a larger batch. This makes the work varied and requires both technical understanding, precision, and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new tasks. You'll work independently on your tasks, while also having close collaboration with colleagues in production, engineering, and logistics. When things don't go according to plan, your experience and problem-solving skills are important for finding good solutions. Responsibilities Assembly of advanced mechanical and technical components according to drawings and instructions Assembly of customizations and special units Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications Measuring, inspecting, and adjusting components Testing and verification of finished products Troubleshooting and problem-solving during assembly and testing Identify and handle deviations Contribute improvement suggestions for production, quality, and work methods Collaboration with production, engineering, design, and logistics Who Are You? We're looking for someone with several years of experience in skilled mechanical assembly who enjoys working hands-on with technology. You're someone who naturally wants to understand **why** something works, not just follow an instruction. You have a natural eye for detail and notice when something isn't right. When you encounter a problem, you try to analyze the situation and find a solution, while knowing when it's important to get help from a colleague or other function. You're thorough and quality-conscious, but also flexible and curious. Since our products are often custom-made, you need to be comfortable with variety and appreciate learning new things. We're looking for someone with Several years of experience in mechanical assembly or equivalent skilled technical work Good technical understanding and a genuine interest in mechanics and technology Good experience reading technical drawings Experience working with measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers Ability to take responsibility for quality and delivery in your own work Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious qualifications include: Technical education in areas such as mechanics, industrial technology, or manufacturing Education or experience in drawing interpretation and measurement techniques Experience with custom manufacturing or small-scale production Experience with troubleshooting and testing technical products Experience from workshop or manufacturing industries About the Company System 3R International AB develops and manufactures equipment for increased productivity in series production and toolmaking – an area where we are world leaders. The concept includes everything from pallet/reference systems & robots to software systems for production planning and automation. Product development and production primarily take place in Sweden. Marketing and sales are conducted through the United Machining Solutions group's sales offices in Europe, USA, and Asia. The export share is 95%. System 3R International AB has annual revenues of approximately 500 Mkr and approximately 180 employees. The position is a fixed-term employment that transitions to a permanent position after 6 months with a fixed monthly salary set according to your competence, experience, and the responsibility of the role.
