Responsibilities
As a Senior Modern Workplace Consultant, you work in close collaboration with customers to understand their business, identify needs, and develop solutions that create long-term value. You are responsible for the entire engagement process, from analysis and strategy to implementation and follow-up.
The role involves a combination of strategic consulting and practical change management. You lead dialogues with decision-makers and business representatives while converting needs into concrete solutions within Microsoft's ecosystem.
You will, among other things:
Lead workshops, needs assessments, and customer meetings
Develop solution proposals, roadmaps, and digitalization strategies
Advise customers on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and digital workplace
Work on issues related to information management, governance, and collaboration
Participate in discussions on data architecture, AI solutions, and information flows
Support customers in change management and implementation of new digital work methods
Drive projects from analysis and design through implementation and follow-up
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365, preferably from consulting
Experience leading workshops, needs assessments, and presentations
Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Fabric
Good knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 Governance
Good understanding of Azure and Microsoft's data platform
Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
To succeed in the role, you are comfortable in a consulting role and experienced in building trusting relationships with customers. You take initiative, work independently, and have the ability to drive work forward. At the same time, you are responsive and can challenge existing work methods in a constructive way.
You have good business understanding and can explain technical possibilities clearly and relevantly to different audiences. Whether you meet IT specialists, business representatives, or management teams, you can adapt your communication and create engagement around change and development.
