Your Responsibilities Operate and monitor laser machines in daily production Set up, program, and optimize production for the best possible results Perform quality checks and ensure that products meet established requirements Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational disruptions Ensure that production meets established goals for quality, efficiency, and delivery precision Participate in improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of processes and working methods Train and support colleagues as needed Your Profile To succeed in this role, we see that you have several years of experience with laser processing in manufacturing industry and are accustomed to working independently in a production environment. You have a technical interest, a quality-conscious approach to work, and enjoy taking responsibility for your work. We also believe that you are a person who: Is thorough and quality-conscious Takes initiative and works with a solution-oriented approach Has good collaboration skills and contributes to a positive work environment Enjoys sharing your knowledge and supporting colleagues The position involves 2-shift work.
