We are now seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits consultant who wants to contribute specialized expertise in compensation, benefits, and salary structure while driving important development initiatives in this area. You will be an important part of the HR function and support both management, managers, and HR colleagues on matters relating to compensation, benefits, and related processes. The Role of Senior Consultant, Compensation & Benefits In this role, you are responsible for driving, developing, and ensuring quality in the organization's Compensation & Benefits work. The assignment involves close collaboration with HR, finance, payroll, and the business, where you function as a specialist and advisor in this area. Examples of Work Tasks Drive the continued implementation of the EU's pay transparency directive and associated activities. Responsible for developing and managing salary review processes in the organization's HR system. Ensure and drive Comp & Ben-related activities in connection with company acquisitions and integration work. Provide qualified support to HR, managers, and the business on compensation, benefits, pensions, and insurance. Conduct salary mappings, salary reviews, and work on compensation structures. Analyze salary and benefits data and produce decision-making materials, reports, and recommendations. Support work with incentive programs such as bonus and commission processes. Be the contact person with external vendors in the pensions, insurance, and benefits area. Ensure compliance with GDPR, employment law regulations, and other relevant legislation. Who Are You? We are seeking someone with solid experience in Compensation & Benefits who is used to working independently in complex organizations. You have strong analytical skills, high integrity, and enjoy combining specialist knowledge with business-close advice. We see that you have: University or college education in HR, finance, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience. At least 3-5 years of documented experience working in Compensation & Benefits. Good experience with salary mapping, salary reviews, compensation structures, and salary analysis. Experience developing, implementing, or managing compensation and benefits processes. Knowledge of pensions, insurance, and benefits administration. Good knowledge of Swedish employment law and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and equal treatment. Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. To succeed in this role, we believe you are a structured and thorough person who works methodically and has the ability to bring order to complex processes. You are self-driven and take initiative, take responsibility for your work, and drive tasks forward with a proactive approach. At the same time, you have good analytical skills and a business-oriented perspective, which enables you to translate data and insights into value-creating recommendations for the business. You are communicative and pedagogical in your way of collaborating and find it easy to explain complex issues to different audiences. The role also requires high integrity and a responsible approach, as you will be handling sensitive and confidential information. We also see that you are development-oriented, solution-focused, and motivated by improving processes and methods in a long-term and sustainable way.
