The Opportunity AI & Data is a rapidly growing and prioritized area within EY Technology Consulting. We're seeking a senior consultant with experience in AI Engineering and modern AI development who wants to help organizations create value with next-generation AI solutions. With us, you'll work with generative AI, AI agents, and modern AI platforms, from concept to production implementation. Responsibilities As a senior consultant in AI & Data, you will: Work in project roles as a developer, solutions architect, advisor, or project manager Design, develop, and implement AI solutions that create business value for our customers Develop and deploy AI solutions and AI agents with a focus on quality, security, and scalability Work closely with customers to identify use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions Collaborate with colleagues nationally and globally to create value and share best practices Skills and Qualities for Success We're looking for you if you have: 2–5 years of professional experience in AI, AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar Practical experience designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions in production environments Experience with modern AI technologies, such as generative AI, agent-based solutions, or AI-driven applications Experience from the consulting industry or similar It's an advantage if you have conceptual understanding of AI architecture A master's degree with strong academic credentials or equivalent Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is an advantage but not required) It's an advantage if you have experience in the following areas: AI Engineering & Modern AI Development and implementation of AI applications and LLM-based solutions RAG, AI agents, and agentic workflows Evaluation and optimization of AI systems AI governance, security, and responsible AI Platforms and Technologies Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks Vector databases and search technologies Azure, AWS, or GCP Qualities for Success in the Role You are curious, solution-oriented, and motivated by translating new technology into business value.
