Do you want to combine technical breadth with a security mindset, business understanding, and excellent service? We are now looking for a Senior IT & Security Specialist at Leine Linde in Strängnäs. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring a stable, secure, and modern IT environment while being an important partner to the business. You will work closely with users locally in Strängnäs and across the Nordic region, while also collaborating with our international IT organization in Germany with approximately 160 IT specialists. About 80% of the work is local and 20% takes place in international projects and initiatives. The recruitment is conducted in collaboration with Experis, but you will be directly employed by Leine Linde. Your Responsibilities Ensure operation, development, and management of IT infrastructure Work with VMware, networking, and Cisco environments Contribute to IT security and compliance Provide qualified support to the business on IT-related matters Participate in improvement and development projects Collaborate with colleagues and specialists within the global IT organization Who Are You? We believe you are a service-oriented person who enjoys helping others and building long-term relationships. You are solution-focused, communicative, and skilled at building trust within the organization. At the same time, you have strong self-motivation and appreciate working both operationally and with a development focus. We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience from a similar IT role Experience with VMware Experience with Cisco-based network environments Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, and support Good proficiency in Swedish and English It is advantageous if you have experience from consulting or other roles where you have worked closely with internal or external customers. The position is based in Strängnäs and we would prefer that you live within reasonable commuting distance, as the role requires high on-site presence in the business and to be a natural part of the organization's continued development.
