We are now looking for a senior IT project manager who wants to take responsibility for qualified IT projects in a complex environment at a customer in Göteborg. You will work with varying projects within platforms, virtualization, storage, migrations and IAM. The role involves many contact points and places high demands on your ability to create structure, drive work forward and ensure delivery with the right quality, within set time and budget. Your responsibilities In this role you are responsible for leading and coordinating IT projects throughout the project lifecycle – from feasibility study and requirements definition to implementation, handover and closure. Examples of project areas are: Platform projects primarily within Windows and Linux, but also older legacy environments may occur Virtualization and storage Migrations and upgrades Various types of client platforms Application-related projects, such as installations, upgrades and migrations Identity and Access Management (IAM) Your daily tasks include: Lead projects from feasibility study to closure and ensure that objectives, schedules and budgets are achieved Drive requirements definition, planning and implementation and monitor the project's quality and finances Develop and adapt project documentation based on existing templates and project scope Ensure resource planning, risk management and appropriate project organization Communicate and create alignment with stakeholders at different levels of the organization Coordinate project dependencies against other projects, operations and business activities Report status, risks and progress to relevant management forums and project steering committees Ensure structured handover to operations and a well-executed project closure Your profile We are looking for you as a confident and structured senior IT project manager with solid experience in driving infrastructure projects in complex IT environments. You have the ability to create overview, manage multiple parallel initiatives and adapt working methods and documentation based on project size and circumstances. You are communicative and experienced in collaborating with different stakeholders, from technical teams to management and steering committees. With a structured and solution-oriented approach you drive projects forward and create good conditions for successful deliveries. Requirements 8–15 years of documented project management experience within IT Solid and broad experience of various types of IT infrastructure projects Experience in managing multiple parallel projects in complex environments Very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written Certification in a project management methodology, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA, as well as ITIL Experience working with IT tools for project planning, presentations, documentation and financial monitoring Ability to assess project scope and based on this establish appropriate documentation structure, project organization and governance Meritorious Experience from projects within Windows and Linux platforms, virtualization, storage, migrations, client platforms, applications or IAM Experience working with tools such as MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Antura, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps (ADO) and SharePoint Experience from projects in environments with many dependencies between IT, operations and business What we offer As a consultant via Eccera, you get the opportunity to take on qualified assignments where your experience and competence make a difference.
